Warranty

• The warranty period is stated in the product description above (usually 1–24 hours). It only covers accounts that cannot log in or have a wrong password on delivery — log in and check right away.
• Checkpoints, locks or bans caused by your own IP, proxy or VPN, frequent IP changes or logins from new locations are not covered, nor are misuse or mass actions.
• Support handles top-ups, orders and warranty only and does not teach how to use products. New to this kind of account? Buy a small batch to test first.
